The women who having a healthy pregnancy is one of the best ways to promote a healthy birth .The prenatal care help them to improves the chances of the healthy pregnancy.The patient and family that doesnot read and write. In this case the nurses can help that women to take step toward a healthy pregnancy before they even get pregnant.So the nurse can educate them for the importance of the plan and the nurse who have to develop a plan for their reproductive life,Encourage them daily intake of folic acid ,Discuss about their medical history then to contol the conditions if they have,make sure about their immunizations are up to date,Instruct them to avoid smoking,drinking alcohol and using drugs etc,Encourage them to take healthy diet and to attain a healthy weight,discuss about the family and collect health history of the family members and husband. Educate the patient and the family members about importence of the use of the health facility ,services,importance of regular health check-ups, vaccination,and consumption and the role of the health workers they are discuss with them and clarify all their doubts.educate them with the support of pictures and videos that help them better understanding of the health care management and also improve their knowledge.
