what are the impacts of human resource audit on employer and employees
Human resource audit identifies the
scope of improvement and bring efficiency in HRM in the
organisation, by doing complete verification of the methods,
process, and documentations used under the HRM. It makes impacts in
many ways upon the employers and employees.
Regarding the employers, the first impact is to dedicate resources
to streamline the different set of procedures and documentation so
that it complies with the latest regulations and guidelines. So, it
makes employers to be compliant. The second impact is that it makes
the employer to build a suitable corporate governance in the
organisation as a part of improvement through the human resource
