To limit the transmission of covid 19 Human resource managers can ensure social distancing among employees by several measures. One of the important measure is to impliment a non visitor policy. This can be implimented by allow only employees into the office during time .if any one need appointment, assess the need of a particular person. If it is an emergency only the person should allow to go inside. Also ensure that the person is maintaing the social distance by wearing a mask and his hands are disinfected by disinfectants.

# Greet with out physical contact. The employees has-been encouraged to avoid hand shakes and hugs while greeting and interacting with their colleagues.

# Flexible work hours or rotational shifts .allow flexible work hours or reduce work hours .impliment a rotational work hours .so it can reduce the number of employees in the office time. There by can maintain social distancing.

# Virtual meetings. Ensure that employees can shift in-person meetings to virtual meetings or emails whenever is possible. You may need to provide them with laptops or other devices, but also provide support on their virtual set-up and online collaboration tools so they get comfortable using the systems and software.
