3- Highlight there positivity- Highlight the positivity and skills. Reward them for their performance.
4- Handle things with emotions- The manager should handle things with emotions and try to understand their employee.
Program that should be performed by manager to control the mental health issue are-
1- Better working environment should be provided to the employees.
2- Reward them or appreciate the work what they are doing.
3- Promotiona nd bonus should be provided so that it will help them to work more hard.
4- Heallth problem treatment should be provided from the company side.
5- Senitize the work place to avoid any infection to the workers.
