Nonverbal communication is playing a key role in our day to day life and we have experienced that nonverbal feedback very much powerful and effective. Communication skills are the key factors of successful career and in many case nonverbal feedback can convey messages to us more strongly than verbal speech because of much harder to use of body language to mislead people than it is with spoken words.

Verbal feedback like body language, gesture, posture, tone, amount of space and physical touch. Suppose the representative constantly looks down at their hands or if they lean away from the customer, it can be quite clear that they do not want to deal with the customer and are just repeating the their script without caring about the customer. This is why I am thinking nonverbal communication can give people stronger feedback than verbal communication. We have experienced that organization trained their employees for their nonverbal communication.

I have shared this to my peers and they are appreciating for this post and told that we have often experienced several ways in our day to day professional and personal life.
