Describe how are feedforward, concurrent, and feedback controls used in a high school?
answer-
lets fisrt dicsuss about all three controls-
1- feedforward Control-
feedback control is a type of process control strategy or method to identify and prevent problems in an organization like high school before they occur.
2- Concurrent Control-
Concurrent control is another control process in which a person identifies and preventes problems in an organization as they occur. this control works in real time manner.
3- Feedback control-
Feedback control is the control activity which occurs after the output is seen. on the basis of the output , control meausres are taken.
let's understand the uses of above controls in high school from following example-
to improve the attendence of the students, teachers can use feedforward control because they would adopt the strategies by informing students that-
these kind of points can be used as feedforward control measures in the high school.
second, teachers can use the concurrent control if they see any decreasing performance in the academics of the students then-
these points would inolve seeing the problem & work immediately on them in real time manner.
Third, teachers uses parent's meetings as feedback control to give the feedback of the students in the class so that parents can know the level of thier child.
teachers also provide performance reports to students to get the signatures of the parents on the reports of the sutdents as feedback control.
in this report both teacher & parents writes thier comments about the performance & behavior of the students in high school.
