hat might be an example of a time when you have run into mental hurdles?
What steps did you take to change your perspectives so that you could continue to push forward?
MENTAL HURDLES is a disturbance caused by unfamiliar mental condition of a person it can be more stressful as well as painful for a person going through the phase and if a person is not mentally fit he cannot communicate effectively with the outside world either as a sender or receiver. It is considered as a big problem by the psychologist as the person psychological and emotional barriers refers to psychological state. There are many ways to overcome various mental hurdles but it totally depends upon the person who is going through this unfamiliar phase of mental disturbances the method that I preferably use to overcome my mental hurdles was:
Understanding the root cause of the problem: you should be sure about your rising root of the problem, question yourself why I am tensed? And what are the objects or things that is causing or producing this unfamiliar activity in me. Once you find the problem try to find the correct approach to solve it because you are the only cure of your pain.
Try to talk about your problem to someone close: finding close one with whom you can share your problems is the best approach in the slot in my case it was my parents but it can be your friends and love one also. Talk to someone with whom you are more comfortable and you had a blind trust upon him/her they can not only make you feel relief to some extend but can also provide you with some great solution.
Keeping faith and motivation in oneself: if you can keep this one quality and belief in yourself no one can ever make you depressed and even if they do so you can easily access to the solution and overcome it. Confidence, belief, motivation and will power can help you in this survival journey.
Listening to oneself than what society speaks: there are many people who will provide you suggestion but not all thinks of your good some are there to create problems. Listening to what society speaks is the most difficult hurdles to pass through because hatred lies everywhere in the society and goodness lacks. Do what your heart speaks and only listen to what you decide because if anything good or bad happens the society will not share the pain with you, you will be the lone survivor if anything good or bad happens with you.
These are the approaches I have taken to overcome my mental hurdles. Hope everything fine happens because as a survivor I know the pain one has to go through this traumatic journey. Hope you find the correct approach as I find mine and it helps you to become mentally fit and joyful.
