Spirituality involves having a sense of peace and purpose in life . It's more to do with how an individual sees themselves in relation to others.

It is part of who you are woven into and express through every thought, feeling and and action.

Many ways to express and experience spirituality and each has their own way

Religious- making payer to god

Humanism - relations with our family , friends and our world by sharing and receive love , by support, kindness , forgiveness, helping others

Environmentalism- meditation , sitting in quit place enjoy the beauty of nature, by gardening, reading book about alternative way of to corporate spiritual in life.

Social action- as a nurse provide care to patient ethically, with meeting client spiritual needs can decrease suffering and help in physical and mental healing.

As a nurse should communicate with sensitive and empathy. Have good understanding of patients values respect the belief of patients and support them by holistic care.
