How do you find happiness during the low times of your life? Do you meditate, and peaceful moments with God?
To find happiness during the low times of my life, I engage myself with carefree children. Being with children, I experience the wealth of a carefree life. This helps me to temporarily vacate my mind and experience the happiness achieved through playful activities with children. I also experience happiness by engaging myself in hobbies like singing, dancing, and sketching. Engagement in hobbies helps me to polish my other aptitudes, apart from the subject of study that I specialize in. Any creation, like a song or a sketch, instils a positive feeling in me and enhances my self-concept, self-esteem, and a sense of self-worth. During crises, I also derive happiness from music. Listening to music helps me to relax and experience happiness. Music is a pleasurable experience for me. I listen to songs-both old and new. Different types of songs help to change my mood, from negative to positive.
Meditation helps to experience tranquillity. It also helps to improve one's physical and mental health. Meditation helps to experience calmness, stability, and stillness as a diversion from the usual chaotic manoeuvres of the busy, fuzzy world. I also find my spiritual happiness in this calmness experienced via meditation. During crises, I try to experience happiness even from meditation. This is because I achieve the required calmness by engaging myself in meditation. Meditation is also known to be a way to connect with the ultimate source of energy, God. Meditation uplifts one's spirituality, thereby helping to connect oneself with God. The human energy connects with the ultimate source of energy, that is, God, thereby uplifting one's spiritual existence.
