1) These teams have the top talents and experts as members.

2) These teams are highly flexible in terms of tasks and members work on tasks that are out of their primary area of expertise.

3) All members are highly passionate and internally motivated about their work.

4) Trust and ownership are also important characteristics of the team members.

5) These teams try to manage their work and accomplish their goals with the minimum available resources.

6) Creativity and initiatives are yet another characteristic of these teams.

7) the team has flexible working hours and the members are ready to work beyond the working hours too.

8) The team takes calculated risks and has a problem-solving approach.
