The health care organization organizes care which is directed by the health care provider. Ion some of the organsation may have different view in decision making in providing care and creates unique set of liability issues and challenges that results in create an environment to work and to identify errors from learning.
The healthcare provider and other health care people are directed and given according to the rules and regulation. Many y people are involved in the care and they have different view in providing care and in decision making. It is important for the health care provider and other care provider should be cautious about providing information. Committee has control over information which is accessed by the people. Health care provider takes decision regarding sharing of information to patient. Because people are right to access the information. But the rules and regulation of committee may control over the sharing of information. Sharing of information may have been compared with information and sharing laws. Because committee has consist of different people and different perspectives about health care information. According to the entity rules and regulation may restrict or control of the sharing of information and do a procedure. The procedure may benefit the patient. Proper documentation: documentation of the any procedure according to quality standards. This may help to ensure about care rendered. Methods of procedure and analyzing with standards in the organization: the procedure is done in a certain way that is according to methods of procedure. Readmission: if the procedure is not done in certain way, patient would have admitted again. Mortality: if the procedure has not been done a way, the chances of mortality. Physical impairment: the procedure has not been done in methods; the patient would have been injured.
