Based on your group’s personal experiences, have they ever read a review on a web site like TripAdvisor and not believed that it was in fact written by a customer? Take a look at a popular travel destination on Trip Advisor and see if your group agrees with what is written about a resort or tour and if they would rely on some of the information posted there. Why or why not? Reference the resort or tour and provide a specific example of what is written or how the resort is ranked
Answer) No, my group's Personal experience has never been as such that they read a review on Tripadvisor and belived that it was not written by a customer. My group visits only popular places and in popular places, reviews are mostly of genuine people who have stayed their and this can be prooved the pics they upload. In hundreds may be one or two can be fake, but mostly they are genuine. I've heard from other group, that the problem of fake reviews arises only in cheap resorts and hotels where they want to promote their hotel by fake reviews. A popular destination in trip advisor which my group agress with what is written is Burj Al Arab, Dubai. The reviews are almost 6000 and almost 4800 people has given it a five star rating meaning excellent. People have written that it is a full royal hotel which provides exemplary services to which my group agress with. The more the number of reviews, the more information we get and the more we can have trust on them.
