The customer service department of web based business faces many problems, since they don't know there customer in and out. They don't know what the customer needs and wants. Thus, the interaction is blind without knowing the style of customers. There are various rtpe of people in the world a d in web based business one doesn't know in which corner of the world it's customers is situated. So there is so much diversity and understanding each is difficult.
Sometimes customers try to cheat also. Even when they get the product they complain that they didn't received the product and ask for return. However, due to this the customers who actually faced the problems , take longer time to get their problem solved.
