The primary objectives of any health delivery system are to enable all citizens to receive health care services whenever needed, and to deliver health services that are cost-effective and meet pre-established standards of quality. We had to implement all successful quality improvement programs which includes four key components: the problem, goal, aim, and measures. In order to encourage better access and higher quality care for all americans were by engaging patients, families and communities.

It has to develop systems for care management and coordination and incorporate behavioral health and social health determinants into the equation,work toward collaborative leadership and align care delivery and the community. By defining proper certain problems, a goal t achieve proper health care delivery. aim for providing services and take measures to decrease issues and increases services effectively.
