Human aggression is behavior shown towards the other person, which is express to show the purpose of anger is to harm others. There are different examples of human aggression such as violence, kicking others, threatening emails or phone calls, hitting others, shouting.
Human aggression is not planned anger,it is unplanned anger that is intended to cause hurt to someone.
Human aggression is classified into two types indirect aggression and direct aggression.
There are different causes of human aggression such as physical health, family problem, relation with different people, mental status, work environment, socio-economic conditions, personal problems.
human aggression can cause many harmful effects and disturb the person's mind, so it needs to be controlled.There are different by which we can control the human aggression such as by doing physical exercise that will help to provide peace atmosphere, person sholud never have grudge for others, when the person is in the calm state that is the best time to express the anger, must have a some outing that will help to keep the mind fresh and reduce human aggression and to tension must be released that stay in the mind by using humor.
