Program Design : Program Design is a frame work in order to design the training programmes to the trainees in a workplace .

To design a program it imnvolves three stages which are Pre-training, Learning event an post training .

Pretraining : is one of the most important stage of program design . In this stage we need to understand the skills and interest of the employee . We need to also understand the individual in order to design a set training program as we need to work on certain areas of development of a particular skill .

Critical Elements of pre training :

  • Pre training assessments must be Designed in order to understand the knowledge and certain skills of the individual .
  • communication : Which includes reminders of the trainings , Invitations must be sent out .
  • Pre training assigmemnts / Homeworks : the trainees must do certain amount of work in order to take up the training which includes assigments, projects , Presentations etc .

As a designer , To ensure learning , Initially a person must be interested in the training in order to learn something . Hence i would suggest to do some amount of learning into the training subjects and to create interest which stimulates learning automatically, We would assign pre training assigments which would make an impact on learning and to ensure promote transfer of knowledge we would suggest group work and team work which gives a lot of scope for sharing of knowledge and ideas with the whole group . so many ideas would pour in from different people so everyone would be able to learn a lot of ideas which promotes learning in worksplace .

In an event-driven program, you design the screens, define the objects, and define how the screens will connect. Within an event-driven program, a component from which an event is generated is the source of the event. Other than changes to the planning stage, how is the development of an event-driven program different from that of a procedural program? How would a programmer create a plan for an animation?
