Human Resource plays vital role in selection of right candidate for the job . Thus human resource professionals needs to follow the best practices based on equal employment opportunity by removing all the discrimination on caste ,race and gender. Their should be given opportunity for the disabled eligible candidates based on their merits and should be goveg equal opportunity. This should go along with the civil right act of 1964 on anti discrimination. All HR should be aware of the laws and supporting system and it has to be documented across their organaisation for all recruitment. Thereby they act as carrying agent and responsible persons for implementation of such laws in the job sector.
