Similarities

Focus the organization towards changes which impact on the increased growth of the organization.

Focus on preparing for the change in turn which will leads the organization towards success.

The employees in the organization need to be trained, so that the 3 different changes can be adapted easily.

The employees should be aware on the 8 steps of changes, so a proper communication and training needs to be given for them to adapt on changes.
