  3. Tracking Social media across various channels.

How are they similar and different

The similarity between Heartbeat and Map:-

  1. Both provide unlimited search results features.
  2. Provides real-time access to data
  3. Provides the basics that are required for any social media platforms such as campaign tracking, influencer ratings, email notifications, etc

Difference:-

Heartbeat tools enable detailed tracking on a brand at a specific level and used by agencies that require tracking and work-flow for one or two particular clients.

Map tools provide quick insight and numbers for a broad topic or issue and used by agencies that require analytical data without any interest in workflow management.

Advantages of the heartbeat are:-

  1. Able to track overtime trends and changes.
  2. Provide workflow management.
  3. Enable users to respond to mentions using various social networks

Disadvantages:-
