National Culture : It broadly deals with believes and traditions, official language, conduct of people, which are more generic. People of a country will follow a specific set of above mentioned attributes, which differs from other countries.
Organizational Culture : These are more specific confined to organizations. Values and policies, work culture, interaction with stakeholders mostly defines organisational culture. Since an organization comes under nation and people are mostly from the same nation, organizational behaviour tend to be in par with the national culture.
United Nations Global Compact : This aids global organizations to have responsible business practices. This organization helps in sustainable development. It has introduced 10 key principles which helps to attain this goal.Areas that are mainly focused are labour, environment, human rights and corruption.
Baiden and his son Hunter Baiden are not in compliance with the U.S corrupt practices Act. Hunter Baiden was assosiated with an energy firm of Zlochevsky’s, the firm was accused of money laundering. By Baiden's influence the investigation was derailed and was ceased. Since Mr. Baiden and his son had a part in this, they are expected to be guilty.
