Politics in an organisation can be both functional and dysunctional. The politics to a certain extent helps employees to improve themself and be more competitive in a positive manner. At the same time dysfunctional one will not do good for organisation at all.The four metaphors of organisational politics includes ( The weeds, The rocks, The highground, the woods). It is based on the source of power ( formal or informal) & political activity take place ( individual level or organisational level).The weeds are good thing as it is informal and happening at inividual level.
Leadership are people who lead by examples and provide direction to the fellow beings. Followership is a term which is usually used to describe the actions of someone in a subordinate role. ...A good leaders can create good follower. The major factors like influencimg, power generation, co ordination,courageous etc helps in budiling strong relationship with the fellow team members. In this case followershipThe study of followership is a kind of emerging area within the leadership field which is used as outcome.Fllowership is the flip side of leadership and also considered as the major output.
