How to write a proposal outline for Leadership and Organizational Management?
Introduction:
Leadership and organizational management are topics that has evolved during the 1980s with the evolution in understanding of standard hierarchical management structure and command and control leadership styles.
A rise in demand by customers for smaller business process specific tailored orders began to replace the standardized products and services in the market which became the prime caused for product lifecycles to become shorter for which an urgent need was felt to induce flexibility in organizational management and leadership styles.

Thus decentralized leadership structure was adapted which has evolved in the long run with its own styles for responding to dynamic changes in the business environment.
