If used effective leadership, communication and values for employees, there would be a bond of trust and belongingness for the employee regarding its organization which would help in the improvement of organizational commitment.
Better leadership and values provide a sense of positive environment at the workplace for the employees of the organization as a result of which, their commitment towards work increases.
Providing effective leadership to the employees of an organization helps in influencing their behavior towards the organization and helps to create an environment that would help in improving the employees' commitment towards the organization.
If we talk about communication, better communication between employees and their superiors helps in improving their relations and creating a sense of belongingness. Taking their feedback, giving them feedback regarding their work instead of criticizing them at every point while not ignoring their good performance will motivate the employees and it would provide a positive image of the organization in the mind of employees which would help in improving the organizational commitment.
If we contain good values morals and ethics in our business and apply them for our employees too, the employees would be satisfied and would do their work with the utmost commitment towards the organization.
