Human cerebral tissue is generally observed in the brain. The cerebral cortex is composed of an outer layer of Grey matter that covers the core of the white matter. They are split into allocortex and the neocortex. Human brain tissue leads to the development of stem cells in which prepotent some cells are observed which are differentiated into cerebral organoids. Cerebral tissues are also responsible for oxidation and oxygenation during brain injury or any other problem.

Verhoeff's elastic stain (VEG)-This is stain is a kind of protocol that is used for demonstration of normal or any form of pathological elastic fibers. This helps to differentiate between smooth muscle and collagen to identify an increase in the collagen fibers during disease. These are used for human cerebral tissues in the form of biomarkers.

PAC(Periodic acid) is the form of stain which is utilized to stain the carbohydrate-rich macromolecules. These are rich in glycogen proteoglycans and the glycoprotein which are commonly observed in the connective tissue. This is involved in the staining of brain sections of polysaccharides like mucus substance.

Commonly Schiff(PAS)staining is used to identify the presence of glycoprotein and glycolipid in the: tissue. The looks like pink in color after stain.

Multi-stage flash distillation is used to desalinate seawater so it is fit for human consumption. A flash distillation tank is composed of small chambers (called "stages"), each at a lower pressure than the previous stage. Salt water enters the first chamber, some fresh water flash evaporates, condenses, and is removed from the distillation tank. The remaining salt water moves to the next chamber, some fresh water flash evaporates, condenses, and is removed from the distillation tank. The remaining salt water...
