What type of biosensor can be used to measure the reaction between anti-tTG and tissue transglutaminase?...

What type of biosensor can be used to measure the reaction between anti-tTG and tissue transglutaminase? How will the measurement be made for their reaction? What biological elements, transducer, and tool for signal processing (if I want to use wireless connect between the biosensor and a phone) should I used for this type of biosensor?

Expert Solution

The best biosensor used to measure their reaction are Electrical affinity biosensor that are based on specific antigen-antibody reaction and called as immunosensors. For diagnosis of celic disease (transglutaminase -antitTG autoimmune reaction) a screen printed electrode-based immunosensors which generate electrochemical signal and processed the signal through lo T wifi integrated board that share the reults with doctors via the cloud .In this type of immunosensor the bioelement is tissue transglutaminase enzyme(antigen) that is immobilised on the surface of the gold nanoparticles-functionalized carbon screen printed electrodes (transducer) through chemisorption, and then serum of patient is added if antitTG are formed in this patient then these antibodies bind with transglutaminase enzyme and form immune complex then labeled secondary Ab is added that is bind to Anti t TG antibody .the label used for 2° Ab may be enzyme which give specific reaction with addition of its substrate or nanoparticle that give redox reaction and generation of  electrochemical or amperometric signal due to These signals are detected and intensity of signal measures the transglutaminase-antitTG immune complex reaction .

The screen printed electrode based immunosensor integrated with LoT wifi acquisition board is used for wirless detection of results.
