Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence says that a student can be intelligent in any one of his seven divisions and if they are thought in those special intelligence then they will excel in their field. It just explains that if a person is good at cooking rather than studying basic studies, then he should be taught to become a good chef and excel in what he knows and enjoys learning it.
Howard Gardner's theory also states this in a more specific way that a student can excel in any one subject than scoring good grades in all subjects. so if a person is talented in one subject, then that person can be taught the subjects which are related that subject and he will excel in those subjects.
To make the teaching effective, till 5th grade the students could be observed and finalise thier interests. Then from 6th grade onwards they can be made to learn their interested subject and when their studies finishes, they will become a best student in their studies.
