Gardner multiple intelligences theory discusses the importance of various factors required for analyzing the intelligence like linguistic, Logical/mathematical, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal,musical, bodily-kinesthetic, naturalistic for this analysis. He opposed the traditional methods of teaching involving the verbal and mathematical skills and emphasized on teaching on a larger and broader scale. He explained the importance of teaching in the form of instructional methodology rather than the traditional methodology ways of teaching. He emphasized on teaching children with emphasis on responsive, integrative, substantive, correlative cuuriculum for teaching the students in the society. He explained the differences between the surface and deep applications of the theory. Surface appilcations include the intellectual activities of a person. Deep applications go beyond the categorical thinking perceptions inside the brain of children involved in education. The example includes the potray of characters in Shakespeare play which envision joy, accomplishment, enthusiasm and happiness in analyzing the stories and plays written by him. Later it was emphasized that English should be introduced as a second language in the curriculum of school children. The study curriculum of school children should focus on learning, testing, pedagogy and assessment of the skills of the students in schools with analysis of their intelligence and creativity. He emphasized on learning based on depiction of diagrams and tables for their better understanding and knowledge. The statistical survey revealed heavy interest in interpersonal and intrapersonal skills with least interest in musical and naturalistic learning.
