Expert Solution

Total Quality Management (TQM) is a process or an approach which aims at prioritizing quality at each and every step of a process in the organization and in all the spheres of the organization. Just In Time (JIT) manufacturing or production is the process by which the right amount is produced in minimum delay and this process is a very fast process in comparison to the other processes of the organization. I believe that TQM in the organization will ensure that JIT adheres to all the quality aspects and this is generally a continuous process in which Continuous Integration and continuous validation is done so TQM will help maintaining the quality of high standards even in JIT.

As it is clear that JIT is one of the fastest and quite important process and therefore the employees as well as the clients are valued because respect in this phase has to be present because the process is a continuous process and there should be trust within the team and the members of the team so that the process is not at all affected in any ways. Like TQM respect for people should also be present or success of the JIT may actually be affected.
