total quality management is the approach obtained in every organization or business to make sure that all the members of the employees of the organization are dedicated to the organization to maintain the superior quality of the product and services. Here is a company working as designing the armored military vehicles and here the total quality management plays a very important role to maintain the highest standard quality. there are some success factors of total quality management to make sure that every standard in an organization that was pre-planned to attain a specific standard of quality should be achieved by following the success factors of total quality management.
