We'll follow following steps to ensure effective implementation of TQM in our organization as:

  1. It's very important to make sure that mission, vision, and values of the organization are aligned with what we're trying to achieve through TQM. So, clarity of these things needs to be done first.
  2. Performance metric needs to be decided to process improvements, financial performance, customer reach, quality of products or market share etc.
  3. After deciding all the performance metrics, a quantitative analysis needs to be done so that performance could be tracked in numbers. Reports generation should be possible so that performance could be tracked.
  4. Identification of target segment needs to be done in terms of employees, customers, products, vendors etc.
  5. Timely customer feedback is very important so designed feedback system needs to be implemented so that inputs or feedbacks could be captured from all the target segments.
  6. Timely inputs from all the target segments need to be taken so that we can improve our performance metrics timely.
  7. Accordingly, improvement plan should be made and implementation should be done.
  8. Again take inputs from target segment groups to ensure the improvements results.
  9. Regular monitoring of all the outcomes of improvements on target segment groups should be followed.
  10. Incorporate all the inputs, performance improvement plans, user-friendly technology, results of targeted actions into one plan for future monitoring.

To make sure the smooth transition, communication is very important to all the members beyond current processes and these should be done till TQM is implemented. Regular follow up meetings should be taken by senior executives or leaders so that feedback system is strong. Weekly or monthly improvement of TQM implementation should be circulated so that all the members are aware about the advancements.
