How does an employee determine if alleged discrimination was based on "Individual merit" and not an improper form of discrimination?
Discrimination or degrading one's attitude will not fetch any kind of robust to the day-to-day activities. Discrimination will sometimes deteriorate personal attitude or contribution for the change. Discrimination always will be based on individual merit. Individuals when discriminated he or she will automatically feel insecure about the job situation. Individual merit is gained for a person based on his or her hard work, attitude and even it has bought vicious growth of an individual because he might have gained his merit because of his investment in the education sector. Individually if anyone is humiliated on merit base like for example, if a person is from Africa working in Canadian company if he is discriminated based on his origin then that employee would feel insecure as a discriminated. In this case employee can a allege against the company that discrimination as stopped his growth and even it has stopped contributing for economic change because individuals are considered as human capital.
