Manager Productions perspective: The Manager Production has highlighted constant delay and setback in production due to delay in coming inventory and raw materials required on a monthly, weekly, daily basis. Further, he feels the improved supply of raw material can increase production by 10-15% and the labor utilization will also be maximized. The delay reasons need to be identified and discussed with the purchasing team.
Purchase Manager Perspective: The purchase manager is finding too much paperwork and bureaucracy in making the purchase orders and paper pushing across departments to finally place orders, he thinks a systematic ERP system can make his working more efficient.
The IT manager has had a preliminary discussion with various software suppliers to find ways to customize an ERP suitable for the organization, he has various preliminary quotes with facilities of different software companies. The need is to analyze the best system and most suitable for quick implementation and data uploading.
