Situation: a tough job of Sourcing a niche engineering mid level profile for a special project with an a client company

Role: Business development manager responsible to hire a much suitable and competent candidate on my company’s pay roll and deploy at client office for tenure of 6 months

  • Competent candidates are not available within client budget
  • Candidates are facing confusion to join a job just for 6 months tenure

Recommendations and Solution:

  • Guiding recruitment team to source right candidate by studying company and project details with a more technical view and select the right specific competencies required
  • Study well the candidates’ CVs and map candidatures’ strengths with given project requirements and Job description by client company, along with basic education qualifications and past experience in similar projects and his/ her achievements and delivery capability
