The ability to connect with the audience is the biggest advantage that a presenter has. The presenter should have a clear understanding about the subject or presentation that he is making to ensure that the audience to whom the presentation is made are provided with all necessary details to know about the subject or the presentation better. The ability to speak clearly and explain the subject matter to the audience clearly are two of the most important aspects of an effective presentation. Apart from that use of graphic images along with diagrams and drawing will attract the attention of the audience. Thus, the presenter must use these effectively to make the presentation as effective as possible.
