Before we show symptoms, we will have a range of applications to detect signs of disease. Our entire medical history can be accessed online. This new era of transparency promises to normalize patient power. Those who do not have the latest iPhone and data plans could find technology a burden? Will it be distributed evenly as power moves from suppliers to patients? Pressure to keep healthcare costs in each country would make it the new normal for machines to 'pay for' us. Will the future include the masses being taken care of by machines, while a human doctor will only be able to be seen by the richest.

Flesh and blood practitioners have already shown a promise in the automation of some tasks, it does not appear likely to replace flesh and blood in the near future. The use of large amounts of data is a tendency to artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, which requires human hands to collect it and human eyes to analyze it. And since AI in healthcare is currently utilized mainly to aggregate and organize data, looking for trends and patterns and making recommendations still human component is very much needed.
