The CMMI-ACQ document stresses (page 77) the importance of the project management team being acutely aware of the legal implications of actions taken. This pertains to the project managers (regardless of titles) of both parties, the buyer and the contractor. Yet it is common for the contractor to constantly have to say no to requests from stakeholders that go beyond the contract and the contractor’s legal obligations. This can result in the contractor getting a bad reputation among the stakeholders and can result in a non-renewal of the contract and a poor past performance report for the contractor. How can a contractor prevent this problem and protect itself from getting a poor reputation?

Unless, if his previous work did not sustain the product quality or whether we can tell the quality was not enough, the image of the entrepreneur has already been deemed poor, he has now entered a situation where his contract could be cancelled. I would recommend that he communicate that way, as we know, any company has to successfully and efficiently handle knowledge as well as processes. This helps a contractor / stakeholder to cut costs and maximize income by considering the project, but it can only be possible if the requirement has been frozen before contract and if there is any new or amended requirement, there should be a legal contract between stakeholders and contractors because there is no benefit if stakeholders cancel the current contract where possible.
Contractors are often entrepreneurs, so they are here to make some money like stakeholders do, so they do need to ensure the consistency of the goods that they can only do if contracts are good with stakeholders, so naturally contractors can also produce often more successful outcomes than anticipated. As indicated for this situation, where the requirement was changing continually, stakeholders would also be aware that this would create problems in all the realistic situation in which everyone needs the new amendments and the value, or works so that they can deliver effective results. Of course, if partners owe him a fair consideration and time then he will certainly do the same work he has done with this company for many years.
