Project resource management refers to proper decision making and planning of estimating and distributing resources optimally for proper management of any project.

In running a project, there are various activities associated with each departments. Each activity needs some types of resources whether they are man power, raw materials, funds etc.

We know that resources are always in a limited amount and within that limit a project needs to be completed.

So such strategy should be planned that these resources are optimally used and can give maximum profit. This will definitely lead to project success.

Thus it is clear that how important is project resource management for project success.

If resources are properly managed, each and every activity will be done at the optimal cost that would save time, efforts and money and lead to the success of projects.
