What kind of employee do you imagine posts company reviews: An unhappy one? a neutral one?

It's a kind of complicated question but, an Unhappy One would be more possibly posts the company reviews when compared to a Neutral One.

The fact is that an employee is highly satisfied would not be keener on shouting out what they enjoy or the benefits they are availing while being in a particular company etc. Because anyway, they're so satisfied with the current situations and if they try or might not try all these through the post they don't feel to be gained something tangibly or intangible. Compared to this kind of people groups, a Neutral one category could have consisted of both sets of people who like to shout this kind of stuff, not to do it. The reason behind that is two, one set of people would think like; nothing is going to change whatever they do, so better be quiet. but the other set would think like a moderate Unhappy One (but that's only a 50 - 50 chance) And the final group of people; Unhappy ones are more rebellious in nature, they might be very much frustrated or being stressed ou the situations, people, culture, corporate politics, and several more other factors. So for this kind of people would be very much eager out of their emotions to posts or talk about all this to everyone so that others would also be aware of the situations and most questionable factors. Due to all these factors, we could assume and reach to a conclusion that unhappy ones who would more probably to post the company reviews. This could be statistically proven by analyzing any popular job searching platform, where almost 70 - 75% of the reviews must be rated as poor or less than average.
