We know that it is a very difficult process to select new employees to a company. Because all of the people around us are educated and talented. We select employees to the different positions of the company. Before recruiting employees there is some steps which we want to be take. First of all we want to know about the post and duty of the vacancy. Then want to find about the qualification which is needed for this post and want to fix the minimum salary for this post. Then company want to publish a notice about  the vacancy available in the company and want to distribute it to the people. After that the company want to set a person like HR manager to collect all the applications. Then the company will fix a date for the interview for all the applicants who submit there application. On the date of interview, the interview panel will interview the applicants and will ask about the qualification, ambition etc. After the completion of interview process, the panel will select the perfect applicant. The company will try to find more information about the person through his teachers, friends etc. Then company will ask the person to take his medical and physical fitness. Company will also find whether he has any criminal cases in his name and so on.

HR manager is more suitable for conducting hiring process for the company. Because he know well about the character of the customers and staffs of the company. He can arrange questions for asking to the participants. HR manager is able to know about the character and attitude of a person while interviewing. Because every day he is dealing with the employees of the company. He is the person who tries to improve the skill and talent of the employees. It is also very important to ensure the participation of the manager of the company on the time of recruiting new staffs.

With the help of a hiring manager, we can create a good atmosphere for the new employee of the company. We can introduce him to every staffs in the company. We can provide a friendly attitude to the new one. We can try to help in doing his work because he is new in his job and also can give confidence to the new staff. We can promote the skill of the new employee.
