A patient with osteoarthritis should be handle with care and support since they experience a lot of pain. So they should be helped with all the necessary items nearby, support them in going from one place to another. Don't get angry if they shout at you because sometimes they do this out of pain.

A nursery child can be managed with toys and chocolates. They can be carried out for playing. If they are experiencing pain , then just distract their mind to cartoons or likewise which is suitable. This will control the child.

A client having TPN should be monitored for the nutrition assessment of his body at regular intervals along with the vitals checkup.
