Explain the concept and responsibilities of public relations and types of advertisements
Public relations refers to the practice of having and managing the spread of the information between an organisation or an individual ans the public by maintaining effective relations and communication the same with them. PR is controlled internally to have a good impact made to the external stakeholders of the company.
The responsibilities of PR is to supervise and asses the public attitudes and helps in maintaining the mutual relations and an effective understanding between the public and the same organisation. It helps in improving the channels of the communication and also also institute new ways of how a two way flow of informational understanding could be set up.
The different types of advertisements that could be used and done by the organisation to promote market its good and services are:
1. Newspaper. Newspapers could be used as print advertisements to advertise your products and the services offered.
2. Magazine: Advertising through a magazine could also be done to reach the target audience at an effective costs.
3. Radio: Advertisements through radio could also be done using the network systems.
4. Television: Advertisements through the television media to reach lots of people at a per unit cost which is very low.
5. Online: Online advertisements like social media or posts online to reach the customers through the internet.
6. Mails: Advertisements through mails by sending various mails to people which is very cost effective.
7. Outdoor: Outdoor advertisements like banners, hoardings and other posters to reach public.
