INTERSEX:

People who are born with unusual sexual anatomy, people who are changed their sexual anatomy through surgery,hormones or other treatment will comes under intersex.

Intersex people are basically minorities in the society. They faces problems from the people who do not understand the condition. Many people plays jokes on intersex people. Some of them crosses their limits. They don't obey the human rights of intersex people.

Human right violations that intersex individuals experience:

1.Marriage and family.

2.Right to education

3.Freedom of expression

1.Marriage and family:

Intersex people faces problems in marriage and maitaining family. People who did n't understand their condition underistimate and laugh at the intersex people. Society don't look in objective way about intersex marriages. In that way their right to marrige violated by some people.

Finally June26, 2015 U.S court leaglized marriage between same sex couple.

2.Right to education:

In educational institutes intersex people are frequently repressed by other student. They looks at intersex as comedy content , cheap people. In class room also normal people don't like to sit beside intersex people. Intersex people can't enjoy their educational life.

In this way their human right is violated by people.

3.Right to expression:

Intersex people can't say about their gender boldly. People will look at them cheaply. Society seperates them.

In this way their right to expression violated
