With the current travel restrictions, how can Penn State create a new strategic plan to engage high school students during this time?

As the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread, normal life has come to an abrupt halt in many part of the world. To keep the virus from spreading most of the country has announced lock down. Schools, businesses have closed to keep social distancing.
Creating a virtual classroom that allows both students and teachers to reach each other in this pandemic is a good strategic plan .
As they are high school students they may not have internet facility all the time. Teachers can engage them by giving homeworks, experiments and assignments.
University can cover portions by providing classes through voice note or video clips. So that students can revise the portions whenever they need. Student can give an option to call their teacher for any clarification regarding the topic.
Apart from academic activities educators should concentrate on their mental health too. Teachers should also discuss about coronavirus and what is happening in their lives.
Pandemic is forcing schools, parents and students to be creative and innovative. Million and billion of students all over the world attempting to learn solely online, this experiment will re shape our education system.
