Describe your current state of time management and then create a comprehensive plan for how you will improve your time management skills so you can be the most successful at achieving your goals and being as successful as you aspire to be.

My current state of time management made me realize that I have been doing the work that I remember at a specific point in time. Even though I have multiple things to do, I have been failing to prioritize the work based on the needs. I am failing at multi-tasking as well because I have been able to manage my time wisely. I am not delivering the work on time and also not following a timeline as well. So below mentioned in the plan I want to create and follow in order to achieve success and reach my goals.

• I will create the goals I want to achieve over a period of time
• I will list all the work that has to be completed
• I will prioritize the work based on its importance
• I will identify the resources required to complete that work
• I will eliminate all the distraction
• I will create a calendar with the milestones to be achieved
• I will plan the tasks to be completed every morning and take actions accordingly
• I make sure I take breaks while working to keep my mind fresh and thinking
• I will keep a track of all the activities related to the work done to plan the next steps better
