Ans: Any organization can succeed only when its all the employess and staff member work with unity and should be cooperative. The role of manager is totally different from the other staffs as he has to look after the success of the organisation along with the administration of the work. The stategy for the progress of any organisation should be an evolving set of inter-connected objectives that should be reviewed and evaluated as circumstances and economic changes may dictate. The manager's contribution is more in the success of the organisation as an effective manager is one that is approachable, gives clear direction, and is fair. Managers need the opportunity to review the information, resolve any questions they may have, and ensure they obtain a thorough understanding.

A manager can contribute alot in the organisation and it can do many things in favor of the organisation such as he can engage, inspire, and assist employees to strive for their best performance.Provide employees with necessary information to give them a clear line of sight and complete understanding of the business strategy and company objectives.

Increase two-way communication allowing manager to recognize differences in employees, identifying each member's strengths and areas for improvement. This will allow knowing about the progress of the work. He should act as a leader.
