how does Scientific Racism and meritocracy contribute to eugentics?

Explain what scientific racism + eurastocy is and Eugentics are seperatly.  
How do they come together? Who is deserving? How do they support eachother's world views?

Scientific Racism is the field of study that examines people from various races and brand their genetic make-up with their intelligence, talent and development, whereas, Meritocracy is a field that suggests that only people who are talented should be given leadership positions. These two fields have created a new school of thought and field which promotes ethnic cleansing by promoting the off springs of people who are considered to be genetically inferior.

Again there is a Hidler mind-set that white Europeans are more intelligent than all the other races are inferior to the Europeans. This is also an absurd thought process because if one narrow’s down the meaning of intelligence only to the technological advancements, they are mistaken. Living in a forest along with the nature, hunting and farming are all superior tasks as for the human beings are considered. The so called civilized are not civilized and their civilization stops with the word civilized, in action it’s only inaction.
Every individual who is born in this world is a warrior who fought millions of one’s competitors in order to reach the womb on time. So once they have come out, they are branded as not abled, not talented, not skilled and not fit for reproduction from another’s point of view. No one has the right to decide who will live in this world. There were dictators and wars that aimed at ethnic cleansing in the name of superiority. All these wars and violence are part of human beings ignorance and scientists who support ethnic cleansing are not human beings at all. The genetic alterations are only suitable for curing any physical and mental disabilities but it shouldn’t be used as a tool to brand someone as useless or inferior.
