1) Pancreatic juice is produced by acini(Lobules) of pancreas. Then it enters in the main pancreatic duct(Duct of wirsung) and then opens into duodenum by ampulla of Vater.
2) Bile , produced by the liver has many functions in the digestion. The most importasnt function is the emulsification of the fat globules(breakdown of large fat globules in smaller globules).
3) Bile produced by liver lobes is secreted in the hepatic ducts of their lobes. The hepatic ducts of both lobes connects and form common hepatic duct. This hepatic duct enters in gall bladder and opens in the duct of gall bladder called cystic duct. Here , the common hepatic duct and cystic duct together folrm the common bile duct. This common bile duct joints with the pancreatic duct and forms hepatopancreatic duct and opens in the ampulla of Vater which opens in duodenum.
4) As the bilirubin passes into the intestine from liver and gall bladder , it is reduced by small microorganisms to form mesobilirubinogen and urobilinogen. Some of urobilinogen is absorbed again by body and rest is excreted with urine or fecal material.
