Answer:

Meritocracy could be a social group within which economic goods and / or political power are vested in individuals on the strength of skill, effort and accomplishment instead of wealth or class. Progress in such a system is based on performance, which is tested by examination or demonstration. Social stratification based on individual merit. Approximately is calculated by the person's business and how well they work through it. Learning to expect unequal rewards based on equal performance and individual performance increased learning.

In the caste system, quality is defined in terms of loyalty to the system, which wastes human skills / abilities as opposed to class quality or pure quality. However, ethnic practices assign everyone a “place” and a common type of work because they are so well-organized. It has to some extent gone into the class system - for example wealth is passed down through the generations. People in pure quality were always moving between queues and were detrimental to family and social groups.

Based on both writing and quality (individual performance). Vague distinctions allow for some social movement as a result; Blood relatives may have different social status. Rarely found in modern industrial and post-industrial establishments. It would be wrong to classify on the basis of gender, race, etc., because all people have rights and appear equal before the law. The work is not definite and also involves personal choice with married partners.
