HR professionals are likely to face many challenges in the future like there is technological advancement and enhancement is almost organisation hence selection of Techofriendly employees are a big task for the organisation.There are economic factors which affect the choices of selection of employees.as there is increment of global competition hence HR must have to select those persons who are having special skill.There is also changes in social environment of business hence selection of employess is depend upon on the basis of interest in society and responsbile behaviour of the company.Political factors also influence decision of selection of employees.Now labour union is working hence H.R. must have to follow their rules and regulations.Education is also playing big role now H.R. want to recruit those persons who are haing high qualifaction.Now workforce nature is also changes hence recruitment of employess on the basis of changin workforce is also a big task.

Recommendations-

H.R should try to recruit those person who are highly educated .their recruitment is based upon legal framework.fair wages should be awarded .Their will be equal opportunity to all.selection of employees should be based upon political,social ,economical factors.H.R should try to select those person who are having knowledge.
