HR Portals have been an integral part of organizations today and the HR unit which acts as employee advocates need to work for the well being of employees in the organization and this HR Portals generally provide information quickly and with ease as well. With the advancement of technology and digitalization today it has been convenient for all in order to su8nstitute the face to face interactions which incurred time and effort as well. The portals have made life easier as the intranet of an organization is used in order to manage and engage employees other than the meeting that were scheduled face to face in organizations.
There is a common portal in organizations which is accessed by all and all the information regarding the policies and procedures are defined which makes the process easier and convenient as well for the employees as well as the HR unit. This generally promotes communication in two way process because the employees can response and react to suggestions and anything virtually with just a click. The relationship also improves as it is more efficient and requires minimum effort as well. I always believe that we should cope with the advancement and only then we can improve and be better as well.
